The JR 11X mCPX downloadable configuration

11XmCPX_3849

The 11X is a very full featured Transmitter and given it’s SD card and programmability, I’m very surprised that there is so little online about using its capability. So I’ve decided that I’m going to share a few things as I learn them.

Since it seems like EVERYONE has an mCPX or is getting one, I figure this should be useful to the 11X people out there.

The following is downloadable 11X configuration file for the Blade mCPX.

  1. Download this file (right click and save Target as)  mcpx.jrx  9248 bytes
  2. Copy it to an SD card
  3. Copy the configuration to your 11X
  4. Use it as a starting point for your mCPX setup.

How it is set up:

These settings are nearly identical to those suggested by Blade in their manual, other than the Normal flight mode having a more leisurely Expo of 40% vs. 30% as they suggest for Normal and Stunt mode 1, which makes it a bit more stable for tooling around indoors.

There are no trims set.

F-MODE DELAY

There are some .3s delays set for the collective and throttle of .3s so that the motor and collective servos have less stress on them during the transition between flight modes.

F-MODE

Elevator, Aileron, Rudder  all switched based on the Flight Mode Switch

Timers

  1. Timer 1 :4:00min  Start: Throttle Up  Stop Throttle Down
  2. Flight Mode 3:00min  Start: STNT-1  Stop: Throttle Hold
  3. Stop watch timer using the TIM button

My List  custom menu items for this model
